ROOFING SERVICES

FOAM ROOF SERVICES

Spray Polyurethane Foam is the best roofing material on the planet, We can insulate and waterproof almost any roof in days at fraction of the cost. Sprayed Polyurethane Foam can be installed quickly, doesn’t require tearing off your old roof system, and provides the best insulation properties of any roof system. Because it doesn’t have any fasteners or seams, both leaks and repairs of a spray foam roof are extremely rare.

We will arrange all necessary access and safety such as scaffolding, walk boards and boom lifts to comply with Health and Safety regulations. We then clean down the roof surface and carry out any remedial works as required.

Once prepared, we spray apply the foam to the roof surface, during spraying the material quickly changes from a liquid to a rigid foam, filling all joints and cracks to give a sealed roof. Following the application of the foam we spray or brush apply a silicone coating system which seals the surface of the foam and protects it from the damaging effects of UV rays.

Spray foam is a great fit for both new construction and retrofit applications. In new construction, some sort of roof deck – often OSB – must first be installed before the foam can be applied. In retrofit, or re-roof, applications, the foam can be applied directly to the existing metal or any bitumen based roof. Both applications are a great fit for spray foam thanks to its unmatched versatility.

  • CUT EDGE CORROSION

If your property’s roof is finished with metal cladding made from corrugated steel you may be at risk from the effects of cut edge corrosion.
  • Many people have never even heard of this condition, and fewer are aware that their building is suffering from its effects. Around 65% of buildings with metal cladding will have signs of cut edge corrosion.
  • Premature failure of metal cladding roofing systems is commonly caused by the cutting of the cladding to fit during installation, termed as "Cut Edge Corrosion", leaving the metal edge exposed to the elements for long periods of time, the result is in corrosion/rusting of the metal itself.
